The Midlands community is a pet-friendly downtown living solution that is fair and flexible. We know many residents have dogs and cats as part of their family. So, why not have them enjoy an upscale, modern living that offers comfort and style as well? In addition, your dogs will have plenty of nearby trails and green space to enjoy while walking around the neighborhood.

 

The following is our pet policy that encourages pet-owners to choose the Midlands, while respecting other residents within the community:

Pet Policy

  • The Midlands allows dogs and cats
  • Maximum of 2 pets per townhome
  • Each pet is welcome upon approval
  • Restrictions for aggressive breeds

  • Always clean up after your pets
$250 one-time fee per pet
$25 monthly fee per pet
